u0101 after TCm tune

Got a tcm tune from Kory. Didnt know any better and full flashed it instead of cal flash. Now getting code u0101. Did i screw my TCM or any ideas what i should do before i call the dealer?

Yes. Tried that Today. Unhooked them for prob a hr. Then tried. The codes stay off for about 10 sec after clearing then return. Also displays service brake system
