I found a good deal on an s475 but im trying to get a final cost on a complete setup. Im also thinking of putting a vgt conversion in and going with a cheetah or baby cheetah. Whats everyones opinion? We also sell SDP twin kits what turbo do you have to run with it already?
The superchips is definitely going bye bye but i want to get all my mods on the shelf then tear it all down and install everything then trailer it to relentless diesel in willis, tx and have it dyno tuned. I dont want to waste a bunch of money on tuning and retuning everytime i install a new mod. But i was thinking the s475 that i found over stock with an sdp kit but i didnt see a price on just the plumbing kit on scotts website.just cause you found a good deal on a turbo dont mean its good your better talking to someone who knows there stuff on it and make sure it will work with your mods i bought a home made kit and regret it for the fact that i cant get replacemnt parts nor add things like a banks waste gate acuator just dont buy a cheap turbo not saying to buy the best one either buy it for what ur needs are i got a s475 over stock and its probably the fastest thing i ever had tows great and will find out how well it plows this winter. and get rid of that superchips and go with efi live. BUT DO your trans FIRST TRUST ME either trent with EPR or SDP are both great as far as a vgt conversion i don;t know a hole hell of alot about em

On the twin kit from Scott its going to be the same as Trent. Were only going to take off what we pay for the S475 from the kit not what retail is so your not going to save alot.People make more trouble out of parting these togther then its worth.Your still looking at around 3,100 area for plumbing. The S475 you found is it a T4 or T6 what A/R is the exhaust housing? also with you thinking of going to a VVt your looking at around 900 for the controler and the cheeta with core 2,000 to 2,500 area there and then is you twin that your looking at 2,900 more for twin plumbing.
talk to henry from creatures of the night he can get that info for u or get ahold of scott
dyno tunes do differ from street tunes thats another ball game i dont know alot about i had bought a efi unit and gonna play around a lil but not gonna mess with the tunes i purchased good luck with the zf6 dont hear too many people runnin them
what do you plan on doing with the truck??? dd sled drag?? towing??
just keep us posted on the build
Not really sure on the specifics of the s475 i didnt go into too much detail because i havent decided exactly what i want to do yet but if i go with a cheetah or danville performance vgt ill most likely keep it a single. Im just trying to nail down a final cost on both and get the pros and cons of both. Im honestly not looking to break any records or beat everything at the drag strip, i just want to end up with a really fun street truck. Somewhere between 500-600rwhp will be more than enough for me but i want it to be reliable and not have engine failure from having too crazy of a tune.
