I molded mine with a heat gun and it was great for a long time. Made a few 950+HP dyno pulls and it melted to my header wrap on the downpipe. Ended up cutting it out and had to rewrap the downpipe because it would stink all the time

Mine heat molded itself. In the summer it does stink alittle but its better than throwing shit all over the engine bay.

I cut mine but the truck still sees mud and snow constantly. Tried the heat gun trick on the old one and it seemed to be the route to go.

Speaking of... whoever has them removed I would gladly take one off their hand!

Here's what I ended up with. It was easier than I thought, only took 15-20 minutes with a heat gun.

I have about 1/2" clearance between the turbine housing and the liner, hope that's enough for now. I'll get a turbo blanket after I'm out of spending time out :roflmao:

Crappy pictures, but here's liner to turbine clearance and liner to downpipe clearance.

X2. Oreilys carries it. It sticks one. I use the heck out of it on my samurai when I turboed it. Lost a clutch cable not using it
