I am having a hard time building boost. My turbo vane position sensor % is reading true to desired and current. But the turbo vane solenoid current "a value" desired is 0 a and the current is 110 a. Does this sound like my solenoid is bad?

LB7 doesn't have turbo vanes unless you have another truck that isn't in your signature.
