turbo vane position fluctuates 5th 6th gear

My turbo vane fluctuates between 20% and 85% in 5th and 6th gear 1/2 to 3/4 throttle. Had anybody had that before? Any advice on how to fix that would be great! 100% throttle it doesn't do it.

Get a new tuner.
Is it a constant fluctuation or everyonce in a while.

its constant only on tune 4 & 5. it started 3 weeks ago and we didn't change nothing. I've been running his tunes for 2 years and Its never done that before.

Don't think its the vps. We did a data log and the desired VP shows that same as actual VP.

Maf sensor not reading right so it's confusing itself about what boost it should be at?

Mine did this and it ended up being a cracked up-pipe bellow. It made the turbo constantly search for the correct vane position when there was a load on the motor in the higher gears.
