LB7: Turbo surge?

I have been fighting this intermittent violant shake of some sorts and really don't know what the issue is.have changed all 3 cp3's,flashed back to stock but have yet to catch it in a log.Its always under high boost 45-70 psi and gauges dont flutter being electric so it's hard to tell if it's fuel or air related. Is it turbos surging or is it the converter chatter?

What rpm is it happening at? If the converter is unlocked and you're making 70 psi boost, you're likely blowing through it. Does it do it in lockup also?

It does it locked also.Its a violant shake...Scared the crank is gona snap or wheel granade taking the motor with it.

Hard too see but the smoke from the stack sputters telling me it's a fuel issue but ?

Thanks for the reply Mark.everytime I log it knows I'm looking so doesn't seem to want show up.What do u want me to log and il beat on her tonight and get somthing to send up.

No problem, you will want all the normal important pids like rail pressure desired and actual, rpm, tps, vss, MM3, Main us, Ign Timing main ect. As violent as that looks I would say it is either Torque convertor signal dropping or crank signal dropping out or one hell of a rail pressure bounce to be that violent.

My rail does bounce but not sure an that moment,There is definitely a pucker factor.

Sounds like fuel pressure surge.. need to log it
