Turbo down pipe

I need to replace my down pipe. It was sealed to the exhaust pipe good but after taking it apart it's really rusty at the pipe connection and chunks falling off.
What is the best fitting pipe I can get to replace it? 2002 LB7 with mild tune.

Is Rick Lance's Profab Performance still around? He had the best LB7 downpipe I knew of.

My coated one from Profab was nice but it rusted out at the bottom flange. Ended up with a SS PPE pipe

The PPE looks like a flex pipe?

It's probably just the style of heat wrap on there. The older ones like mine have legit header wrap, newer ones have more of a looser fitting blanket type from what I've seen

I've been using the PPE stainless ones myself. They're the most economical and they seem to hold up well. As others pointed out, initially they used a thermal wrap whereas now it's a woven material. It does the same job, it just simplifies/speeds up installation of it.
