Tuning, won't pull hills

So, my truck runs like a scolded ape, runs better than any stock fuel/turbo truck I've drove or ran against this far.

Issue, mainly on tune 3, it won't pull hills for shit in 5th gear with the converter locked without mashing the pedal and making it unlock or downshift.

Do I need more low boost fueling or what? The small tunes don't pull great but will try and build boost and go.

Tunes 4-5 you can't even tell you're on a hill when you give it fuel.

Been sending logs out and what not but maybe I'm not explaining it well.

I don't want it to blackout the roads or nothing but its 100% smokeless and I'm guessing it needs more fuel?

It's on 35's and has 1200 lbs in bed most times.

I've ran tune 4 since I've had the trans done because it does the best, but all of them pull weak down low. But if you get on it, it hauls ass hard. Got an email, think I'll be switching tuners.

My LLY was set up the same exact way and it pulled, so I know I will do it, not expecting it to do rolling burnouts at 40 but it should pull and I know it can.

The fuel cell has maybe 15 gal in it now so the truck has maybe 400 pounds in the bed probly more like 300 or so with toolbox and tank, so it's not the weight.

Also to clarify, I've not been keeping the fuel cell full lately like I always have, that's what brought it to my attention, I figured it was the weight playing a little part, but not the case so much.

Like I said the LLY pulled down low loaded, same set up to the tee minus motors.

Come to think of it, I probly shouldn't have started this thread, I was just asking if it needed more fuel or timing or whatever it may take, thought I may have been explaining it shitty to the guy.
If I knew how to I'd tune it myself and make it do what I wanted.
I'll just suck it up and spend the money on new tunes, no sarcasm intended.

I was just curious as to Lmm on 35s as I've heard and expirenced some weird things with that set up.. Not sure why they do it, just trying to learn.

Is it lazy with a stock file? If it's building boost but not moving, just needs fuel IMO. Tuner is probably just trying to keep it clean on the lower dsp settings.

Yeah it is lazy with the converter locked in 5th at 1400-1700 rpm.

I just got new tunes and it takes off like a gas job from idle, pulls like a dump truck from 1700 on, runs hard as hell but it just sucks at the 1400-1600 rpm range, it's def getting fuel now, must just be this truck I recon. It'll do a burnout without launching now.
