Considering how hard that emissions stuff is on you engine I would delete as soon as possible, you won't regret it and your truck will thank you for it. Jmo

What do I need to do to get my hands on one for my truck? I looked at them earlier and there is so many different ones. Which one do I need?

In my testing anything decent for a tune with emissions intact will raise soot levels a lot quicker around town, especially when you have your foot in it all the time because its a blast to drive.

A modest bump in power will only raise soot/mile a little bit, but anything fun to drive will load it up pretty quickly.

I have built/tested over 100 different emissions enabled tunes and anything that makes a big improvement over stock just makes for more regens.

Either live with it the way it is with a small tune and the regens or ditch the emissions.

Another option is h&s for an (out of the box tune) on ether deleted or non deleted, if you get the race tuner you have options for both and kory also offers custom tunes for the h&s, you will be happy with the results of ether.
