I'm trying to nail down a vibration.. happens between 1550-1650 rpms at a light load. Flat road, it won't do it, but a slight hill it'll shake. I thought maybe ut was tune related, and for the life of me can't get it to go away.
When it happens my logs show mm3 bouncing from 20-35mm3. I can't log it with efi fir some reason but my cts2 I can look at tcc slip and it'll bounce between 5-15, sometimes 30rpm of slip. Not sure if a harmonic balancer having issues could show up like this on Data logs possibly?
Looking for some insight. I know the dmax engine has the worst harmonics around 1600rpm. Thought maybe it could be shaking the balancer all over hell? No shaking is really present outside of that rpm window. Was thinking maybe I'm in early stages of some sheered balancer pins?
