I logged a run today on the road at wot. My truck does not smoke hardly any with my 530 hp tune. My truck dynoed at 538wrhp with a bad lift pump. When adding fuel should i add more timing also. 5% more fuel and same with timing until what? can't make it to a track this week. At wot my truck reads about 29k psi, what else should I be looking at to add more of? I believe with this tune the boost is at its peak so I dont think I shoud mess with it. Thx for any help.
Depends where your timing is at right now? Useally I would add 0.5* to 1.0* for every 100 us on the pw.
With a stock VVT i would suggest checking your drive pressure there can be power had by keeping it closer to a 1:1 ratio
your mm3 i am assuming is allready set to 100mm3+ so there is not going to be anything really gained from adjusting it.
from what your saying the fuel pressure is also maxed so not much to be gained there either
IIRC some people gained a little from removing post inj.......but im not sure myself as I dont tune lbzs....so take that with a grain of salt
