Trucks not taking throttle.

Truck all of the sudden takes throttle on the high-way fine.
I also bought a stop lamp switch to see if that help's with the P0571 code. Now I just need to figure out where it goes.

Put the break switch in last night. My service trailer break message is still on. I drove the truck about 10 miles and my reduce engine light has not come on yet.
I bought a stock turbo, and I'm going to switch out the control valve on the cheetah and see if that will fix my issue with taking throttle. It's defiantly some thing to do with the vains in the turbo. When I'm going up a big hill I can smash it and they open and close like crazy.
