LB7 injectors suck, when the time hits that they start leaking or name the issue from the list of trouble items it's expensive if the truck is out of warranty on mileage or time. GM extended that repair timeline but I'm not sure how far it goes now. Many LB7 owners have paid bigtime to fix those when they act up. Better search the defect list and read on it a bit in the high spots to see how they give out in different ways. Hope it's just an airleak on filterhead.

Well the shop called and said there was a crack in the top of the fuel filter bleader screw . Now if that's what it is I will be very surprised , I'll find out tomorrow after the part comes in and the test drive it,
And if it is I'm guessing the last fuel filter change a mechanic bleeding the system and over tightened it and cracked it

Any air leaking into the fuel system will cause the problems your having... I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya, a bleed screw would be a nice fix instead of injectors.

Just to clear up what seems to have been stated earlier. Neither EFILive nor a Tech 2 tool can check injector return rates. What they can check is injector balance rates, but those are two vastly different things.

Yep that's what it was that little plastic screw.. Truck runs like it just came off the lot again. Good thing the wife has a machine shop I had her spin me one off to get ride of the plastic one , and since I planned on spending 5k and it was a 30 dollar fix.
Might as well get new shocks and stuff
