iam trying to change the cp3 but cant get it out of the housing is the gear come out with it ?

yes, the gear comes out with the CP3 if that is what you are asking. then you can pull the gear and plate off once it is out

thanks thats what i was asking and we got it the plate was not wanting to come off

ok i change the cp3 and still it wont fire off what do I need to do now iam lost

After changing the cp3 did cranking pressures go up? Have you done a compression test? Pump may have taken out the injectors.

Still not building pressure? If it died during the the sled pull then the fuel rail pressure was probably at its max. Possibly the FPRV popped and is stuck open now?

You replaced pump with new one? If not building pressure
there has to be a high pressure leak if you had some caps for the fuel rail you could eliminate the injectors and see pump build pressure. Did you shim the refief valve or use the race plug?
