It would also be good to know with the LLY if it is an '05 or '06 model. Difference in electronic systems.
Check the turbo vane. If it died while running, there may be nothing left if you had it spooled up hard when the engine died. Doubtful, but possible.
Also on the early models, and because you said it had a lope, check the crank sensor reluctor wheel. It could have fallen off. Pull the crank sensor and put your little finger in the hole and feel for the pointers on the reluctor wheel. When they start to come loose, the motor can also have a lope to it. This is more likely if your truck is an early, '05, model. This was corrected somewhat in the later models.
