I have some codes that keep coming back. I know two are glow plugs and they are on my to do list. I just switched tuners also and I don't know if they were showing up before. The engine light would come on and I would just clear them cause I figured it was for the glow plugs.

Any ideas where I should start guys? Truck does seem to act a little strange on the big tune. If I step on the throttle about half way it takes right off blowing the tires off then really falls on its face when it shifts then goes again.

LBZ threw a PO676 code last night (Glow Plug #6 Control Circuit). While waiting for the glow plug coil light on the dashboard to go out, I noticed it remained on a looooooong time, so I started the truck. It started fine, ran fine, etc. I cleared the code via my Banks pda. Ran another diagnostics test, the same code popped up, it cleared again, truck ran fine. After getting home, I shut her down, started her back up, no code, Glowplug coil light went off quick, just as it always does. This morning, I went out, started her from a cold start, glowplug light went out quick as it normally does, started up fine, no code, rand a diagnostics test on banks pda, no codes.

My question: Is there any danger in me running the truck after throwing this code? Should I do anything maintenance-wise, since it isn't throwing the code any longer? Or, should I take her to the shop immediately?

You can run it without hurting anything.

You just need to replace number 6 glow plug when you get a chance.

Wondering how expensive @ indepth changing a glowplug will be. Is that a stealership job or any mechanic can do it? Or, can I do it?

I ended up changing all of mine. Very easy job. The only issue I had was the little stud on the end where the power attaches I twisted off a couple.

The First two codes listed are glow plugs, #3 and #6.

the next four listed are "ghost codes" that are EGR related.
