I have a 2006 LLY. I am having issues while I am towing with the engine light coming on. Driving the truck on a day to day basis everything is fine, but once I hook my 6500-7000 boat and travel down the highway at about 70 MPH my check engine light comes on. I finally got to get by somewhere and got the codes out while the light was on, but since I am new to the diesel thing I have no clue where to start so any help would be much appreciated.
There are two codes that they pulled, the first is P0234(Turbocharger Engine Overboost), the second is P0401(EGR flow insufficient). Do these have anything to do with each other.
The only mod done with the truck to date is an MBRP 4" single side exhaust with the down pipe delete, Could that have anything to do with it.
Again any help would be much appreciated.
