Trent, shooting for the 4,500 mark!

Tim/Chris, I will be buying a Fab9 9" housing if I sell the stock diff (pic below). If it does not sell, I will be narrowing the stocker and have custom axles made and use a spool.

Reason #1. Im 6'2" and don't fit right in a STD cab.
Reason #2 I got the truck & trans for $2,700 without a motor.
Reason #3 STD cab's look like they are missing something to me...

Reason 1, 1/4 mile isn't far enough to get a leg cramp.:D

Reason 2 makes perfect sense, good buy.:thumb:

What tranny are you going to run? Or did someone already ask that?

I hear you, White Out will stick with an Allison. When Buck told us he went through 50 or so Allison rebuilds and his 47re lasted an entire season, that was good enough for me. George (Big Dipper) did his magic on White Out's new tranny so we'll see.:thumb: It is not going to be a prostreet truck however and will probably be about 6500 lbs.

George thinks he can build an Allison for the truck that will make it live, so we will see. If it makes it through a season, that is good in my book. I think the weight will be a big factor in making it live.
