So i went to drag an immobile truck out of my driveway, had to press the button twice to get it to engage. I only drove maybe 20 feet, and now it won't disengage. No basic codes or 4x4 messages, and I don't hear the shift motor. The button just flashes and goes back to 4 Low, no matter which one I press. I do have the truck in neutral, have tried letting it roll a bit, and have my foot on the brake when shifting. The owenly other thing i can think of is sometimes it is hard to take the truck out of park, the shift interlock sometimes sticks. Any ideas where to go from here? I am thinking of just pulling the motor and manually shifting it back to 2wd and re-timing the motor to get me by at this point.
