What I find interesting is that the command rail pressure and the desired rail pressure are pretty much identical. I can change the filter, but not sure if its the problem.

If you are wording this correctly, you are not logging the correct things. Commanded, and desired are the same thing. Thats probably why they are so close to being identical...;)

You need to log "desired" and "actual" rail pressure. That will tell you if you have a fuel pressure issue.

You are absolutely correct. I should have said desired and actual. The log has been confirmed by Rob.

So is the fuel quantity dropping at 3500 RPM? If you are holding rail pressure, I seriously doubt changing filters will fix your problem. Have you looked at MAF? It can cause a defuel. Any other sensors reporting strange numbers? ECT, Baro, fuel temp, MAP? They all have tables or multipliers that can cause a defuel. That's about all I can think of off the top of my head.

Do any of your tunes have shift points at a lower RPM? Maybe change one up to shift at 3200 just to see if that makes any sort of difference?

The fuel quantity is not dropping. I was thinking the same about the filter. I guess the only way to really tell if a sensor is bad is if it reports bogus numbers during the log. I will log the sensors to see if something strange is happening.

I put the stock tcm tune back in, and the truck shifted great. I then raised the shift points to 3400 at WOT, the truck would shift, but it wasn't as fast of a shift as the stock tcm tune.
