Yep. That's why price isn't everything. Customer support is a big part if it.
I charge more then most for kits I sell but even if it's late at night or a Sunday I'll answer my phone.

I have built a handful now with success. I had a lot of help in the beginning from Evan help fix a previous built trans so I learned off That. I recommend buying a kit from a vendor on here such as Evan. The tech support is there. Mike L is also a great help and very straight forward and to the point.
Mike diesel did his own with some expert help and put down 1000 at the tires. Using a suncoast kit plus some goodies

A little mike l and Evan advice and she is holding great still at 1000whp
But I have also done it wrong the first go around, learned alot over the last 3 years.
ATSG manual has a lot of useful exploded pictures and specs.. Definitely recommended.
I will be doing mine when it comes time to do it.
What other kind of goodies do you mean, like trans go? or does the sun coast come with an equivalent of the trans go?
Bought a locked up 6 speed a few months back, they come apart real easy now I have parts to spare and sell....
Does the suncoast 4 kits use alto c1's and raybestos in the rest?
Suncoast 4? I swear i see more part numbers made up on the internet. The kits can come however requested. FYI to everyone out there, More Allison goods are coming. New Converters, New clutches and a few other goodies
