I've got a 07 LBZ that a buddy of mine tried to install and transgo in for me. He's very knowledgeable with the Allison tranny and has done full builds on quite a few of them. Trim valve B when in just fine. But he said trim valve A would not slide freeley it was to snug if I remember correctly So I just said forget it for awhile. I have now bought another one and the new valves look the same as the old as far as size goes. Has anyone had issues with the transgo jr's being machined wrong or is there any other thing that might cause this issue? Truck is stock other then tunes. Has 128k miles on it. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Not the first time Transgo screwed up on their valve. Call them and talk to Dave Harden. He will take care of you.

Okay, I'll see if I can get ahold of someone. I tried for a month to get ahold of someone and could never get a response. I finally just bought another one. Thanks for the help. New transgo is going in tomorrow so I'll update here if all goes well. Fingers crossed! Thanks for the help!

Okay the new kit worked perfectly. Shifts good but on the 2-3 and 3-4 shift it's more crisp then stock. Not hard or anything but you can just feel a crisp quick shift. I'm assuming this is normal and I'm just used to the stock Allison shifting with out me even noticing. I did reset the taps and have driven probably 50-75 miles since.
