Need help driving up a hill (no load) around 40 mph the trans would kick out of gear into a "neutral" the engine would rev real high I would let off the throttle and it would kick back in to gear and I would continue down the road it continued to do this off and on all the way home about 10 miles never got I above 50 mph I tried cycling through all my EFI tunes my hot being 100hp. my first guess was slipping clutches. my buddy says the same and trans is pretty much shot any suggestions would help kinda sucks because Im in pa and have to be back in nc by Saturday.

Believe you answered your own question . How hot is your hot tune on a stock transmission and for how long? You can try the basics like check fluid level change your spin on but sounds like you hurt it.

fluid looks fine but smells burnt and fluid level is fine trans is being built while im overseas. I had an issue with a shop in NC changing the front seal but in the process putting kitty litter in my trans (keep in mind this was a diesel performance shop) so I took it to another shop way better shop were I should have gone to begin with and they pulled the pan and valve body and flushed it out and put in the trans go jr. it ran like a champ after that did fine a week ago all the way up to PA from NC until now my hot tune is 100 and its been on there for like 4 months I run it all the time I get the best fuel mileage out of that tune so I just stay out of it and drive normal.
