So I have a 01 Duramax and 1003 inch pipe in foreign straight pipe aftermarket Duramax store extreme duty. I just installed on a another 1000 that I’m putting in the truck upon putting it in the truck. All new fluids new filter the truck will not move. It’s pretty much like rain shift inhibitedand I have a brand new switch ready to install. Why is it not going into gear?

Most of your post looks like gibberish. we need some more info.
Is it throwing any codes on the TCM Side?
Does it have enough fluid in it?
What year was the trans you installed?

It was throwing a few pressure codes. I can’t remember the numbers. The transmission that came out of the truck was an 03 and the transmission I put back in. It was an 03 but the truck is a 2001.

I do apologize for the gibberish. I’m actually on vacation and the trucks at home and I got some guys working on it, but I’m just trying to go back over some things but since insulation of the new transmission, the truck has been around the block for like 2 miles.

Maybe some one more knowledgeable than me can chime in.

Thanks for the details! If you happen to get which pressure code it is that would be cool.

Need some codes. Also you can hook up to the test port to verify pressure before suspecting the filter or seal. Pressure switch contacts all share the same ground wire IIRC
