Trans Jack Help

Has anyone used one of these?

I am open to other suggestions. I will not be using this commercially, but I want something that will be safe to use with an Allison.

Do you have access to a lift. Your truck will have to be several feet off the ground at least to get that thing under their. My buddy has one that is nearly identical and it works very well. I have dropped several transmissions with a floor jack and the $140 dollar or so version that NAPA sells. Without the right jack, it is wobbly, but not too bad. It has never let me down, but if you have access to a lift, you will definitely appreciate the ease of the one in the link.

The second one from the bottom is the one I have, but if you have the cash, something like the ones toward the top are much more stable.
