Just changed the fluid, drain and filter change. Put a little over 7qts back in it now it says it has too much fluid. When it is cold the fluid is past the top hot line. Everything I can find says it takes 7.4 qts with just fluid drain, filter change and refill. Any ideas? I have driven the truck about 30 miles and rechecked levels, still says it is over filled.

Don't believe eveything you read no matter who wrote it. I always put 6 quarts in and start adding and checking till I'm at the half point on the hot grid.
