An didn't know if I should try that were its aluminium but maybe ill give it a shot

Look at where your at snapping off the heads of the bolts wont be any picnic either. Stat with only a small amount of heat perhaps with one of those propane bomb style soldering torch thing-a-ma-bobs. Or a mini torch as suggested

Possible your builder used a impact wrench on them perhaps your should even try that with a 1/2 to 3/8 reducer to fit a socket style Allen Head tool. The shock might be enough. Just make sure you have the impact going in the correct direction or you will surely snap the heads off

Is it me, or should you use a little anti-seize on the bolts, being the pan itself is aluminum?

I remember having a set of aluminum wheels newly installed by a tire shop and when I went to rotate them, I had to break the studs to get the lugs off. It seemed the dissimilar metals welded themselves together.

Use a left hand drill bit if you can get ahold of one.

X2.

If you can, one other thing to try is use a die grinder/dremel or a skinny disc on the angle grinder to cut a notch in the head - big enough for a large flat screwdriver or chisel to fit in and try turning them out that way using vice grips on the chisel/screwdriver or better yet use a socket drive with a flat screwdriver head on it.

Or weld a nut to the head of the bolt - and the heat from welding might be enough to bust them loose.

Good luck!
