Title, pretty much says it all. I'm looking for someone to install a tranny for me at a decent price. The only guy I've found that has done it before is wanting 2k!!! I told him that price was high, and to call me back when he reworked some numbers..... I haven't heard back from him... So any help would be great! Thanks:thumb:

Are you talking about an r and r or install one that us already out? They can be done for 800. That would be to take out one and reinstall the other plus fluids etc.

You aren't talking about R&R if you are talking about them intalling a Stage IV kit. FWIW we charge $4200 out the door for a SunCoast Stage IV build with a Precision Industries converter, including parts, labor, taxes, core charges, shipping charges, fluids, ect. Drop the truck off and pick it up ready to go.

2K for his labor wouldn't be to bad then. A stageV cost about 5500 plus installation. So anyway you do it you're going to have close to 5K in it.

Stage V on suncoast website is $3847 Unless I read it wrong yesterday?

Oh, and Ft. Walton Bch is like 8hrs away, even though it's north Florida, I guess I should've said North East FL....

Plus you got to buy a converter, it's not included with the Stage V price.

Suncoast recomended Tim Moye transmission in Tampa for me. I live about 2 hours west of you. I got a SCIII about a year and a half ago. They did a real good job. I would go there again.
