tranny going into limp mode!

help guys!! i recently purchased a bully dog programmer and the thing is awsome! only problem is when its in extreme mode and im going up a hill with cruise on or roll onto the throttle and it doesnt downshift the boost goes up to 25-28 and BAM it slams itself into 3rd gear limp mode. then i have to pull over and shut it off, plug in my programmer and clear all the codes. any suggestions or anyone ever have this problem? thanks!!

I had bully dog for about six months mostly on crazy larry. u have to be carfull in 4th and 5th gear stock trans wont hold the power I used over drive lockout a lot. But u must build the trans for it to really work the more u limp it the worse it gets I limped mine like 30 times:eek: at first it would go out with a bang torqe converter coming unlocked i think. then after awile it would just start to slip for a few seconds if u didnt back off she would go into limp mode.

If it wasnt for my bully dog I'd still be driving around a boring slow dmax. it was a great step to start with. just enough to get u addicted to the horse power. We all started out as retards.were still all kinda retarded.

The more u limp it,just fuels ur need for a built tranny. do yourself a favor and put the petal to the floor:grd:

Can you down load crazy larry agian or is bully dog still jewing people. I figured out a way to get crazzy larry on my bully dog. That would for sure help u out in your new quest for a built trans.
