Have hauled four loads so far guys with no sliding or shifting issues. I think the heavier the load the less the risk. One load of wood was about 3k and the others each were about 1750 give or take. The fourth load was the coolest:thumb: it didnt move an inch I was told:D

Untreated lumber with linseed and used motor oil works pretty good. These are on our sliding axle and lowboy trailers, though.

that looks great, you could always use small trips of griptape for traction. I used it on my last enclosed trailers door for the motorcycle, cause it was slick as snot too. Worked perfect and held up really well.

Good suggestion. If we have any issues it will be on the board for a vote:thumb:

Honestly, too much. I was using company money so I pretty much didnt care. I want to say all together it was 700 or so.

Galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers
3 sheets of CDX plywood
3 gallons of Mapai Aqua defense waterproofing membrane (didnt use but a 1/4 of the third gallon$
Trex
Self tapping screws, couple drill bits

One could have used green treated plywood on the deck and saved money but that material also warped and pulled up off the frame in my enclosed trailer so I didn't feel that was a great option. I probably also went a little overboard rolling the waterproofer so thick. Admittedly is was an expensive fix, in fact me and my dad figured that was half of what he paid for the whole trailer.

Thanks yea I paid about the same for mine. I dunno what I'm gonna do about redecking it. I mostly haul quads and dirt bikes so its not a rush.
