Yeah I'll be up and about in a 5-7 weeks without getting to indepth and grossing all you fellas out, I had to get my guts put back were they should be I tore the liner that held them in place, I had a hole in my colon and I, well basically I had two poopers for a couple months. My medics in Baghdad military and civilian swore to me I jsut had hymroids and there were dead wrong I had an extra but, and yes it worked and stuff came out but it was very painful.

But I will be okay soon enough I am just happy to be on the road to recovery

Thanks Chris, yeah the truck deal is confusing, Sierra has not got a truck yet so if I can 2 for 1 then it would make things easier for us. But 3 dually's may be a bit much

Ya thats alot of rubber on the rears of all of em! If you did trade and the dually's became a bit much, could convert to SRW, it would be a task but single rear stuff is everywhere and theres guys wanting duallys. They are a nice thing to have! Our old 6.9L IDI F-350 is a RC/LB dually and the old sucker pulls our 40' trailer better than my old SRW stroke did. But ive seen your truck and i'd be pretty attatched too:D

First of all, hope you have a speedy recovery. Here's my :2cents:, I tend to be a little truck poor at times, earlier this summer I owned 5 at one time.:banging: Had a guy who was hounding me for my 07 cc/sb classic. It was loaded, including sliding roof window, DVD, leather, etc. I had the 06 ec/sb I was building and decided to sell the 07, it had 81,000 miles but had MPI twins, and all the goodies. Told him 36K and he jumped on it. Probably sold it a bit too cheap, now I miss the hell out of it. I had earlier bought an 05 EC dually with less then 40K on the engine and turbo, (GM screwed up when it was in for service and the result they and to replace both) paid 17k for it. Use it to tow the race trailer so it's really not available for personal use all summer. It's a very nice truck, but nothing like my 07. The 06 ec/sb quickly went from what was going to be my daily driver to probably too many mods to make it a comfortable daily driver. So if I want to tow my travel trailer in the summer I'm kind of screwed.

If you have priced trucks lately they are going up in value due to not much out there to buy. I'd check to see if there is much of a market for duallys in your area. I've never known one dealer to purposefully lose money on a deal, relative or not, so I question his motive. Contact the fellow who wants to buy it and see what he is willing to pay if you want to unload it, you might be better off selling it yourself. I got stuck with the 06 ec last year trying to sell it. Bought it to help a guy out and tried to sell it for what I had paid for it and no bites and all I did was pay off his loan. Few tire kickers but that was it, so decided to build it and keep it.

The end of this story is I just bought an GMC 06 cc 1500 with the 6.0 MAX engine with 31,00 on it for 18K. Figured it's enough truck to pull my 26' travel trailer if I need to and I won't be tempted to start modding it like I always do with my dmax's. Sure doesn't have much poop on the top end though.:D

Thanks Ken,

I got my truck in early 08 it was a program truck and I payed 28K for it, my dealer had it priced on his lot for 33K so I did good on it. The dealers brother wants to buy mine for 31K I will not be looseing money. The white 05 LLY dually my dealer wants to trade me is his personal truck he got new. And the 01 LB7 is a truck that has been on his lot for awhile as he is asking to much for it. Both trucks at his value are comeing to 29K so he will make money selling to his brother.

My truck just turned 40K miles the other day, but I have alot of parts on it that would have to be switched over to the new truck.:D

I just can't make myself do it. The LBZ id running to good and I just get in a fight with every LLY i try and load a tune in. I do beleive the LBZ will be staying around and become my new work truck seeing as Dick da Bruiser is gone (my 88 454 that sold). The LLY is beautiful and clean but I just don't want/need a dually with our 03 at my disposal if need be.
