im looking to make a set of traction bars for racing and pulling wanted to get some suggestion on length and how heavy of a tube to get?

i have heard alot about caltracs but i have also heard some people dont like them. i was just gonna try and make a set but i might give the caltracs a try. hey maddog ur from maryland who did u transmission?

if your close to MD i would highly recommend Big Dipper for the trans work hes a grade A guy and his transmissions are top notch. hes in the baltimore area

If you do wanna make a set just do a search theres a ton of info. And if you want longer bars call Tony at All Season Service they make very good kits that arent too hard on the ol wallet.

ok whats big dippers number or web page i have been trying to find it. the caltracs run about $330 right?

im owrking on a set they are gonna be 60" using 2"x1/4" DOM with ballistic joints...also working on a trac bar setup
