I have a set of your traction bars and my problem is the front frame mount lines up perfectly with the rear cab mount with my cab/bed configuration. do you install them, in front of the cab mount or behind? I know I'm going to have to either shorten or lengthen bars but I was just curious to which you prefer. Since it is your design and all

I like them longer but how short would the bars have to be to get clearance?

If they were longer it holds the bar flatter which will keep from picking up on front end, but length gets weaker, and I'll have to either add or take off a foot or more to clear cab mount I only held them up to it last night with the rear mounted so I don't have any exact measurements
