Wall Dragway or San Angelo Dragway as its known by now http://sanangelodragway.com/ might be a good get together place. Mostly Dodges run here, oh and one "11 Sec. Ford" , cant believe a guy told me about this one and kept a straight face, he seemed pretty serious and it was an 05' to boot. Afterwards, he asked me how I deleted my EGR, he said they wanted to do that to the ford.

Anyway, it is a central location and I think the race fee is only around $17.00
