I just got my traction bars installed on my cc/sb d-max....the ended up being about 84" long and they run from the bottom leaf spring u-bolt bracket to the back of the front door on the frame... Out of all the mods ive done these made the most noticable differnce so far!!! I used 2'' od schedule 40 balck steel tubing and 3/4 od tractor style heim joints with 1/4'' plate steel for all the plates and bracketry. All tig welded with 3/4'' stainless bolts holding everything together. The reson im writing this novel is because i bout enough matereial to build another set pm me if your interested i can do it in stainless or black metal.
