So my tow haul mode isn't working for some reason. It was working fine then it worked sometimes and not others and now doesn't altogether. Maybe a service is needed or maybe my button is gone? Don't know where to start. Any advice would be hella nice.

Take the plastic off that's around the steering column. Inside there you will see an orange wire coming from the shifter. Inside the orange wire are two small white ones. The small white ones are know to break.

On my old truck, the wires broke at the plastic clip holding them to the steering column.

So it was my tow haul switch wire that was broke of. Whats the best way to fix? Is there a replacement wire part or do I have to solder the wire? - Sir Rookie Nuts

I just solder them or you'll have to buy a new shifter. I also remove the clip holding the harness to the column to help prevent further issues.
