I have noticed that the torque converter 'clunks' when it locks and unlocks, when it is cold it is more noticeable. Some of the time I can't hear or feel it but other times it is apparent. It clunks when it unlocks if I've made a quicker stop and then when I release the brakes it will do the same. Is this normal operation?

There are no engine codes of any kind, if there were a problem with the torque converter would a code show up?

I did some more research about the driveline bump and what everyone else is describing is exactly what I encounter. I won't worry too much about it from now on. Yes I saw that there is some lubing that can be done to spline shafts and monkeying with driveline parts but now I know its an inherent problem I will pay less attention to it. Thanks for the help.
