Dual fuelers, belt driven pump is maxxed out on pressure .
Tried swapping FPR and no difference. If I pull the belt and only run the pump in the valley I am getting commanded pressure but when I have the belt driven pump running I can't control the pressure. Any advice?

I agree on a bad controller.

I have a brand new dual CP3 controller for LB7/LLY, it’s industrial injection brand. $180 shipped,

When I had dual CP3s I had to up the current in the tune to get it to idle right. Otherwise it would raise up way to high.

Double check power and grounds on the controller (some controllers have an inline fuse holder on the positive feed you also need to check). If they check out, then it is likely a bad controller like the other guys suggested.

I tried another controller and still had the same problem. 1 was a PPE and the other was an ATS. I just can't get the pressure down on that belt driven pump. Strange. I had the truck running for quite a while and it sat for a year and a half and that's when the problem started.
