The .070 clearance means nothing as far as shifting. keep looking.

I have helped Jon in the past but he chose to trash my new crossmember for the Alli. I even posted that it was for cosmetic purposes. He and his bung hole buddy would not let it go. I told him in that thread he would never get help from me again.

Just because it won't cause a problem with shifting doesn't mean it won't cause a problem with something else
