:D

My son Tom and I got dirt bikes for our February birthdays. We finally got to take them out for just a hour worth of riding.

I feel like I got run over by a bus!

I didn't even crash, I just putted around picking up the kids when they would crash and clearing the course.

Time to start jogging or something. Perhaps weight lifting? I could switch from Light beer to Heavy beer to give my arms a workout.

Dirt Bike's and Quad's = Pain. Even when I was twenty something, I would hurt after a hard ride. What the hell are you riding dirt bike's for anyhow?, you old timer. Gluten for punishment? Brain say's yes, body say's no.

They are fun and have a lot better suspension than a few years back.

I am only 26 and I get to feeling like this. I agree Pat I need to start drinking 40's that way I get a workout while drinking. If we drink it really fast would it be a cardio workout?

Definetly keep riding and it will be better. You guys need a toy trailer :D so you can come out with us, in fact, we are going next weekend. If you come out to the desert, you can really test your bike :D.

Ridding in the dirt will kick your ass... Also helping pick up the kids all the time will hurt after a little bit. Those bike may feel light but all that movement will hurt after a little bit. I know that I get some arm pump when I pull the bike's out for the first time but it goes away after a few rides.

I usually get more sore from tensing up HOLDING ON than anything else with the bike. Quad doesnt bother me one bit yet, but I have to use it about every day to chase cows around.

Actually what you want is a "cardio" workout to stimulate your heart rate...

I recommend Vitamin A, (Advil) before and after the ride.

Getting old sucks! :(
