Guys I sincerely apologize, ive been overwhelmed with orders here...I have no excuse other than I just have a difficult time getting these all together and keeping track of orders while simultaneously working on trucks here...Im starting to do less with actual work on trucks and focusing more on the electronic modules...not because I dont like working on trucks, but simply because I honestly cant do it all myself and Ive been literally losing sleep at night because I know how people are waiting for their orders to be filled.

Tank21pa- Please send me an email ASAP ([email protected]) with your order info, etc...im not sure right now what happened to it or where it is, but email me and I will get it fixed ASAP.

Most of the time ive been able to get orders out on time, but there have been a few that got mixed up....if your order got mixed up, or if you did receive your order yet it took a ridiculously long time to ship/arrive, please send me an email right away and I will do my best to make everything right.

I havent been able to get on any of the forums much recently just because ive been so busy, generally email is the best way to get ahold of me.

Ben

Because of my location, its difficult to find "truck people" who I trust enough to have my name put on their work...Im currently working with a company in massachusettes to get the modules mass-produced (get it, ha), but it takes time getting things setup, so in the mean time, I still make everything myself....that way I know exactly what goes into every module. If there is a problem with any of them, I know for a fact it was me who messed something up!

Out of the 200+ modules out there so far, Ive only had problems with about 5 or 6..

^ thats the size of many of the components that I work with (on the circuit board inside the module)...you can imagine how much my eyes hurt at the end of each day. :)

And on top of all that, Im also always working on new widgets too. I hope to have some cool new things out within the next couple weeks. :thumb:

Ben I recieived my order today. You could have you used some better customer service and been in contact with me.

Here is what the rules are for the site to be a vendor. I think you could have followed them alittle better.

"Vendors must be of good character with good customer service".

Thanks Matt

OK I'm sure I'm going to get flamed for this but whatever. I've never talked, emailed,pm'd or ordered anything what so ever from Ben, but I've read this thread and a couple others like it that for whatever reason I feel that I should respond.

If Ben is going to be selling products and running a business then he needs to either hire some one else to help atleast respond to email, texts, phone calls etc for customers until he can get caught up with the orders he has, or tell everyone that he will not be taking anymore orders until a certain point. He should stop worrying about making new products and worry about getting order built and shipped out to the people that have paid for them before everyone else says forget it and he starts to loose customers.

The thing about not answering messages from customers is just poor customer service IMO. You don't sell a product and then make people wait however ridiculously long it takes for them to get and in the mean time not answer their question about why it's taking so long for the product to get there.
