To buy, or not to buy

Im looking at a 2010 sierra, has 150,000 miles and thats high I think. It is fully loaded with every single option available. They want $27,500 is the miles too high to be worth buying it? Ill put some pictures. Its stock never modded or programmed.

I paid 30k for my slt with 44k on it. If you can't get it cheap I'd say go for it.
