To build or not to build?

Ok fellas. I got everything done. Back in the truck. Fired right up and ran great!
Sunday afternoon it sat and ran for about 20
Minutes in the shop. Called it a day and went inside.
Yesterday I put the bumper and grill all back on blah blah blah. Fire it up to let it warm up for a minute while I move some stuff out of the way and its shuts off and sounded like it ran out of fuel.
Pulled the metering valve out no metal shavings
Cracked injector line and it is pushing fuel out
I have a fass I should mention so it is on while doing all this
Bleeding the shreader valve and plenty of fuel is coming out
Completely deleted the fuel filter head by bypassing it.
Have a scanner on it and its jumping back and forth between 65 psi and 102 just while sitting there with the fass pump on. Jumps to 149 while cranking but wont start.
None if the fuel lines seem to be pinched or collapsed. Any ideas????
