I just ordered some 285 70 17 Nitto Terra grapplers from the Marine Corps Exchange. They were orriginally $260.00 a piece, but they price match, discount tire had them for $207.00 a piece. Total shipped was $908.00, they should be here in a few days. I would have ordered them from ebay, but I had to use my start card (military credit card). Where does everyone else order tires from?

I always order from my dad's buddy who owns a tire shop... I got 4 proxes s/t mounted, balanced, and aligned for 600$ cash
thats a good deal, I need to find someone who owns a tire shop that wants to adopt a 36 year old son!!! lmao. Good news is I can get these new tires mounted for $40.00...
Shop around there is a place in town where I live that does them for $17 a tire. Its family owned too I even went to highschool with the owners nephew.

I will let you know on the terra grapplers, I have a worn out set on now, and when i had to pull a tree out of the woods the other day, they grabbed better than my olf bridgestones did when they were new...
Brian, out of curiosity what model of falken do you ride on, and size? How do you like them? I am looking for a good summer tire.
The terragrapplers are good tires, they look great, are not too expensive, but do wear quick so in that aspect i guess they do suck.

I got 26k out of my set. rotated them every 5k. Towing twice a month to the dunes might have warm them out but i was expecting like 35k out of them...

I have roughly 20,000 or more on mine and that are about 2 / 16 's left of tread, just about done, I do rotate, but my truck is heavy and i have a heavy right foot!
