i dont think so at all....i believe he will shift it fundamentally to the progressive economy it once was before 9/11....before Geedubya......regulations of wall street and the different institutions controlling our economy will free up small business and encourage entrepreneurship again....that is what our country was built on...that is what our country has in essence lost

BTW..i think that what most of you dont realize is that the pres isnt the one that determines the bills that change our lives...it's the crazies in congress that are the one's that need to bee worried about.....the President just writes up a lot of proposals and tries to get support for them....

to repeat a fact I brought up in a different thread...

The chairman of the Fed and the head of the SEC are former Goldman Sachcs people. Those positions are appointed by the president. THEY f@#*ed us. First with Enron, then with the Housing market and Sub Prime, now Oil speculation.

Don't play with my money. I don't invest in the stock market because it's fixed. Fixed by the 5%. Screw them!

I am not rich, but I am not poor either. I don't want to be poorer.

done.

Sorry for the rant.

we will have to see how it goes, because clinton did well with a republican congress, this will be a whole different ball game..but not a landslide 60 seats weren't attained in the senate so that's good.

i voted for him because i trusted his character and i think that he is less likely to be a puppet of his party and of special interest groups and corporations.....McCain's record shows that he aggregates on his own and does a lot of secret deals in order to be successful, sometimes it's not a bad thing but it's not upfront, which is exactly what he was campaigning on.
