Ok so im gettin ready to set the trubo in the truck but im unsure how to bend hte a/c lines. do you really bend them over that much to make it all fit? does the low pressure hose go over the top of the hot pipe or under it? id bend all this stuff but i dont want to kink a line. Tried callin trent but no pick up (sure hes with stuff). heres a pic of what im talkin about

trent installed mine. the bigger hose is up against the cowl. the smaller one is routed down and over to the fender.

You should be able to just grab that line and open up the top 90* bend a little to clear that pipe. They are aluminum so they bend pretty easily, and it shouldn't kink if you don't get too carried away.

James, got a pic for ya. I pushed mine a lot closer to the hot pipe almost to the bolts that mount to the exhaust housing. Then once it was bolted up I had to play with it to go under the inducer cover. Nope it helps.

I need to re-run the way i have my high side line though. i ran it out and around the charger and it dont look as good as the way yours is. i may bend it back that way

Easy fix just take off the A/C
Here is a pic of how I did mine. I also used two pipe wrenches to help make some of the bends, just go easy. Oh and another thing don't mind the dirty engine bay, its been at the farm
