Oh and not to argue but Joe horn is guilty because he shot the two guys who were burglarizing his neighbors house not his own... it was not his house and there was no threat of human life. castle law states protection of your life and your families life.

Not according to TX law. I can legally shoot and kill a man for breaking into my truck at night. I can shoot a man for stealing my neighbors property if the neighbor has requested I keep an eye on his property. If you have any thing to do with the property being stolen and believe it will not be recovered you can kill someone for theft in TX.

Thats not the letter of the law, but thats the jest of it.
