A 6.5 came into the shop and they said the truck was not running good and another shop had just put a new inj pump on the truck and they wanted us to set the timing on the pump. We set the timing but the truck still ran like crap. We were doing are normal checks on the engine and found this. We cleaned all the stuff out of the turbo and the turbo was locked up. We sprayed the wheel with penetrating oil and worked it free. Installed a air filter because there was none, and now the engine runs great.
