Not sure how it would rust if its coated in diesel and in a sealed environment. Could... easy enough to check in a few months when I get to the other parts.

My truck hasn't started the best since I ported it, but I have only started it twice. Once being right after the port job so that is to be expected. Might have to double check the tightness of the fittings. Just took a little extra cranking.

1/8" IIRC it was around .120"- .125" seems huge compared to stock, but I left the PS stock. So that should save some pressure , but I might drill it out later.

I have a stock fitting in the garage, a 1/16 looks to be twice the size of stock. Umpteen bunch of threads and drill bit sizes here and elsewhere seems I recall 3/32 as one of them...

Thanks...:thumb:

Ya I was in the same boat. If you plan on doing the PS and keeping the stock CP3 I would do 3/32s and 1/16. Maybe even 1/16 and 1/16 first to see what you gain. A 1/16" probably flows 3x as much fuel as the stocker. I don't know if you saw Fleece youtube vids on ported fittings, but he though it was only worth 500psi on 60s overs and a 10mm stroker IIRC.
