I got them on today. They look pretty good but I got a leak under boost. Here are some pictures.:happy2:IMG00082.jpg

Those look nice!

You might want to consider using a stainless washer on you bolts for the manifolds....I use the same bolts for mine and with out the washer they can stick:)

You got yours on already, Trent? How are they working for you so far? Have they lowered your DP much?

ya so far , i have only driven 20 miles or so because i have been busy with work but am seing 60-63 psi so it helped a little but should be huge when the looser A/R housing goes in , i was suprised ............... it even lowered my boost to 50 psi :) , i have double checked for boost leaks and figure its from the drive pressure being lower on the other side of the valves .power feels good too :D

I think I will fing the gasket on the drivers side leaking. It sounds like a bird chirpping really loud at about 35 psi boost the the boost will fall off. It is severely hurting performance when it does this. Hope to get it fixed today then I can start testing to see what the real world numbers fall.

So that's why my updated set was brand new

If you are trying to re-use your old gaskets you can use the copper RTV to help seal things up.

I found two leaks on the up pipe to header and on the up pipe to turbo pedestal. A run in the coatings was the reason for the leaks.

Finally got the leaks fixed. I will dyno test for some comparisons to see what kind of gains that you get from these babies. Initially, I have noticed a decrease in boost and a decrease in peak egt's. It is harder to tell how much difference in performance it has made but I will post some results from better testing.
